Does anal-retentive have a hyphen? (why yes - of course it does) :-)
As a former software engineer turned legal contracts manager (all I can say is my career was NEVER boring) I’m one who is particular about the details. And knowing for the last 15 years that this is going to be the last home we will build - I’ve had a lot of time to think about it.
So I purchased a fancy home design software package and started working to define the dream. After about 100+ house plan variations later and in no small part due to the help of our architect and builder - we are finally ready to start executing the vision.
I hope you join along for the adventure! You’ll have to hang on - because building a custom home is NOT for the faint of heart.
So - let’s get started!
