In September of 2025 THIS LOT - the one we are breaking ground on in a week - came on the market for sale…
Say WHAT?
YUP - we purchased the lot (AGAIN) - this time from the people that we sold the lot to back in 2022.
I told you there were some surprises. LoL
And - as if that wasn’t enough. I forgot to mention that the name of the creek running through the back of the lot is… drum roll please…. Mill Creek
What’s the significance of that you may ask? Well - the last home we built (the one on 4+ acres in Mueller Park Canyon) also had Mill Creek running through it! I must confess - it is a MUCH nicer creek up in the canyon, with trees, boulders, and it actually has water running through it. By the time it gets to our new lot, its more of a slow trickle, but hey - it’s still there!
It just goes to show you, that you NEVER know what may come your way and sometimes you just have to roll with it! We are now even CLOSER to the airplane hangar AND friends and family - which is a win / win all the way around.
So with that “three part” introduction - I think we are ready to forge ahead!
